Riad Aafouallah, founder of OCD Builders LLC, was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, where early exposure to high-rise construction and innovative, cost-effective building techniques sparked his interest in the industry. As a member of Morocco’s national swimming and water polo teams, Riad traveled extensively, gaining valuable international perspective and cultural awareness that continue to shape his analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

After earning a water polo scholarship in New York City, Riad went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Finance from the University of Denver. During his college years, he worked full-time in the hospitality industry, where he developed strong operational and leadership skills. His experience as a restaurant operator led him to transition into restaurant design and construction with Integral Food Concepts, Inc., marking a pivotal step in his career.

Following graduate school, Riad joined Wonder Works Construction Corp., where he contributed to a wide range of projects and worked alongside a highly accomplished team. His dedication and problem-solving abilities earned him increasing responsibility, including involvement in several prominent ground-up developments.

Riad later joined Triton Construction, where he played an integral role in the successful completion of complex, multi-structure development projects.
